What is XPASS?

XPASS rewards your daily fitness when you build your streak by walking 5,000 steps a day or taking your favorite group fitness classes. The higher your streak, the bigger deals you’ll unlock and rewards you’ll be able to play our Daily Game for - including a Porsche!

Class bookings and member benefits are reserved for exisiting studio members only. Studio members may redeem their ClassPoints tokens, supplement their membership by booking fitness classes at boutique brands including: AKT, BFT, CycleBar, Club Pilates, Pure Barre, Row House, Rumble, StretchLab, STRIDE, and YogaSix, and take advantage of all of their membership benefits.

At What Fitness Studios Can I Use XPASS?

XPASS tokens can be used at any participating Xponential Fitness studio in the United States by an Xponential Fitness studio member at any of our brands.

Xponential Fitness studios include AKT, BFT, CycleBar, Club Pilates, Pure Barre, Row House, Rumble, StretchLab, STRIDE, and YogaSix.

Is An Existing Studio Membership Required To Sign Up For XPASS?

A studio membership is not needed to Walk to WinTM deals and prizes or build your streak.

Class bookings and membership benefits require an exisiting studio membership.

How Does XPASS Work?

Getting started with XPASS is easy.

  1. Create an XPASS account on the XPASS website or mobile app.
  2. Walk to WinTM deals and prizes when you consistently hit your streak
  3. Studio members can use your Tokens to  book classes at any participating studio, access exclusive member benefits, and supplement your workout with additional Token plans

XPASS plans provide flexibility and access to a variety fitness class options.

From low impact exercise to high speed workouts, to  build strength or increase flexibility, there is a class for you to help you reach your fitness goals.



I Have a Studio Account at One of the Xponential Fitness Brands, Can I Access it Through XPASS?

If you have a studio account at an Xponential Fitness brand, when you enroll in the ClassPoints loyalty program your ClassPoints rewards will automatically be linked to your XPASS. However, you cannot access your studio accounts from within the XPASS website or mobile app.

If you wish to book a class using your studio membership or package, please log into your studio account on the studio brand website or mobile app. 

Use the XPASS website and XPASS mobile app to book classes with XPASS Tokens. 

How Should I Prepare For My Studio Visit?
  1. Before you book, confirm details about the brand, the class, parking and suggestions about what to bring to class.

  2. After you book, review the email confirmation containing details about the class and studio.

  3. On the day of class, arrive 10 minutes early.
    For the safety and courtesy of all class participants, the studio may not allow late arrivals, even if just a few minutes.

    For any first-time studio visit, you are encouraged to arrive earlier than 10 minutes so that you can tour the studio and meet the staff.

  4. At the studio, you will be helped with equipment needs and other important information needed to have a great workout. 
What Are The Cleaning Protocols and Health Policies?

Your health and safety is our absolute priority.

In times of health pandemics or in support of local regulations and mandates, extra measures may be in place at studios.

This may include any or all of the following. 

  • Temperature checks
  • Social distancing measures
  • Extra sanitation
  • Mask-wearing policies
  • Contactless check-in
  • Air purification
  • Limited capacity
  • Limited amenity access

Will my XPASS booking count toward my "lifetime classes" count at that studio?


If you are an existing member enrolled in ClassPoints, your account will automatically link. 

If you are a new XPASS user, be sure to claim all studio accounts that belong to you. Then, your XPASS bookings will automatically be applied to your studio account's "Lifetime Classes" count. 

To claim your studio accounts, log into your XPASS account.

  1. On the Website, go to Accounts > Claim Accounts and click the Claim Accounts button.

  2. Enter the email address of your XPASS account or other email address you have used at an XPO studio.

  3. Click the Send Verification Email link.

  4. Copy the code you receive in the email and enter it into the Verify Email page from the previous step.

Class Booking and Cancellation

How do I cancel a class?

To cancel an XPASS class booking, follow the website or mobile app steps below. 

On the website:

  1. Go to My Schedule
  2. Click the Action menu to the right of the class  you wish to cancel. 
  3. Select Cancel.
  4. Confirm the cancellation. 

On the mobile app: 

  1. Click View My Schedule from the Home screen.
  2. Click the class you wish to cancel.
  3. Click Booked in the bottom right corner and select Cancel.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.


I want to book a class but am unable to purchase a Token plan.

Booking a class on XPASS is an exclusive benefit for existing studio members. You can explore a studio memberships by clicking on your favorite brand here.

In the event you are an existing studio member who is unable to purchase a Token plan, please reach out to us here.

What if I am running late to class?

Your safety is our priority. You will not be permitted to join a class late, even if just a few minutes.

It is always recommended that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the class start time, giving you time to store your belongings, get set up with any equipment, and be ready to follow all guidance from your class instructor.

If you believe you cannot arrive on time, please cancel your reservation. Please note that studios are unable to cancel your booking. Only you can cancel your booking in the XPASS mobile app or website. 

Can I change my class booking?
There is not a one-click method to change a class booking. To change a class booking, take the following two steps. 

(1) Cancel your existing booking.
(2) Schedule a new class booking.

Friendly reminder to cancel as early as possible to ensure you do not lose your XPASS token due to a late cancellation.
What is the cancellation policy on classes?
Your booking is subject to the late cancel and no show policy of the studio where your class is booked.

Details are provided during the booking process before you confirm your desired booking.

Late canceling and failure to show up for a class will result in a loss of your XPASS token and you may be charged a fee based on the studio policy.

In general, please cancel 12 hours or more before a class start time to avoid any fees or loss of XPASS tokens.
I have class scheduled but the weather is bad. What do I do?

Inclimate weather can be unexpected and make it difficult to travel to a studio.

It is recommended you contact the studio to confirm the studio is open and the class will be held as scheduled.

If desired, please cancel your reservation and remember that you may lose your XPASS token if the cancellation occurs inside the late cancel window.

If a studio cancels a class, for which you were booked, your XPASS token will be returned to your account.

I accidentally booked a class that starts in less than 12 hours. What do I do?

Class bookings are a two-step process giving you time to review and confirm the desired studio, date, and time.

If you mistakenly book a class, please cancel it.

While we understand mistakes happen, your cancellation will still be subject to the late cancellation policy of the studio where you booked the class.

How far in advance can I book a class?
XPASS plan holders can book a class up to seven days in advance, regardless of the standard booking window of a studio. 
Do I need a reservation to attend class?
Yes, to reserve a spot using your XPASS tokens, a class must be scheduled in advance using your account on the XPASS website or mobile app.

If you show up to a class without a confirmed XPASS reservation, there may not be availability and you may be subject to the studio's drop-in class fee.
How close to the class start time can I book?

There is currently no cut-off time when booking a class using a XPASS token.

However, please arrive at the studio 10 to 15 minutes prior to the class start time for your safety and the safety of others.

Can I reserve a specific spot in class?

Yes! At this time, spot-booking is available on the XPASS website only. 

At applicable studios, you can reserve a specific spot in class such as a bike or rowing machine.

Coming soon! Spot-booking will soon be available on the XPASS mobile app. 



Do XPASS Tokens rollover?

Based on your XPASS plan, XPASS Tokens may rollover into the next billing period for a limited time. 

Other, older legacy XPASS plans may have a different rollover time period, if at all.

Rollover points will automatically expire if your plan is canceled.

How many Tokens do I need to book a class?

Every class requires 1 token to book. Only 1 token may be used per class. Off-peak classes typically will cost 1 token whereas peak time classes may require a token plus an additional payment.
