TOTAL BODY, TOTAL WORKOUT. Get the best of both worlds in this 55-minute treadmill and strength training class that combines heart-pounding interval running or walking with total body strength work to improve your overall speed, acceleration, and endurance.
THE CORE OF IT ALL. Focus on your balance, endurance, and posture in this 55-minute class format that’s predominantly on the treadmill with a core-strengthening section at the end that will leave you feeling strong and stable.
