5 Step Strawberry Matcha Pudding

A quick recipe for a 5-step Strawberry and Chia Seed Matcha Pudding!

Matcha Tea is the newest caffeinated trend that allows you to become more alert and support your health. Matcha contains a rich amount of antioxidants and has various potential health benefits from increased cardiovascular health to weight loss. 

We have also added chia seeds to this recipe to increase your daily fiber intake.

INGREDIENTS

Matcha Layer

  • 1 cup of nut milk (oat, almond, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp of Matcha Tea

Strawberry Layer

  • 1 cup of nut milk (oat, almond, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2-3 strawberries 

Toppings: 

  • Strawberries
  • Crush nuts

METHOD

 

MATCHA LAYER

1. Add the nut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla into a blender.

2. Once the base is blended, add the Matcha Tea.

STRAWBERRY LAYER

3. Add the nut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla into a blender.

4. Once the base is blended, add the strawberries. 


5. Assemble your layers to your desire & enjoy!
